Responsibilities

As a Senior Pensions Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues in both technical and consultancy competencies.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the quality of solutions delivered, whether working independently or collaboratively.
  • Actively participate in a community of practice within Softwire, contributing to the creation of relevant thought leadership content.
  • Engage in networking opportunities and represent Softwire at various events.
  • Work on cloud platform architecture and migration (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Focus on data engineering and digital platform architecture, as well as enterprise modernization.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong presentation abilities and excellent writing skills.
  • A deep understanding of narrative and message structure.
  • Experience leading opportunity stage meetings to identify objectives and develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • The capability to craft compelling narratives that articulate how we can assist clients and why they should choose our services.
Compensation and Benefits

Softwire operates with transparent pay scales and a profit-sharing scheme based on role and overall company performance:

  • Base salary ranges from £86,000 to £113,000, depending on experience.
  • Profit share averages between £20,000 and £40,000, contingent on experience and company performance.
  • Generous pension plan with 25 days of annual leave (with options to buy and sell days).
