Skills and Qualifications
You should possess strong presentation abilities, excellent writing skills, and a solid understanding of narrative and message structure.

You will be comfortable leading opportunity stage meetings to identify objectives, develop tailored solutions specific to the client's context and needs, and create compelling narratives that illustrate how we can assist them and why they should select us.

Compensation and Benefits
Softwire operates with transparent pay scales and a profit-sharing scheme based on role and overall company performance:

  • Base salary is determined by experience, ranging from £86,000 to £113,000.
  • Average profit share between £20,000 and £40,000, contingent on experience and company performance.
  • Pension scheme, 25 days of annual leave (with options to buy and sell leave).
  • Time off for company-wide morale events and charitable activities.
  • Complimentary annual eye tests, income protection, cycle-to-work schemes, electric vehicle leasing options, and payroll charity donations.
