The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pension Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our DC Consulting team, you will provide high-quality consultancy support to our clients and trustees, working closely with senior colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultancy support to clients and trustees, including scheme transitions, employee communications, and value for money assessments.
  • Assist senior colleagues with client work, people management, and development.
  • Participate in general pensions consultancy, undertake research on topical issues, and present on these matters.
  • Contribute to business development and help drive growth within the team.
The Person

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual with a strong background in Defined Contributions schemes. As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • Strong IT skills and a keen interest in studying for PMI or FCA-approved advisor qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
  • Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and client-focused.
