About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Consultant to join our team at Capita Pension Solutions. As a Pensions Consultant, you will play a key role in creating and implementing resilient and responsible pension strategies to help our clients achieve a more secure financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and interpreting pension regulations and policies to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on pension schemes, investments, and risk management to ensure our clients' pension strategies are aligned with their goals and objectives.
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to enhance member experience and engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including actuaries, investment managers, and compliance specialists, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to pension strategy.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.
