Key Responsibilities:

* Provide consultancy support to the DC Consulting team and its clients/trustees
* Assist senior colleagues with scheme transitions, employee communications, and value for money assessments
* Participate in general pensions consultancy, undertake research on topical issues, and present on these matters
* Contribute to business development and help drive growth

The Person:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong understanding of Defined Contributions schemes. You will have excellent IT skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
