As a Senior Pensions Technical Consultant, you will:
- Take full ownership of the quality of solutions delivered, whether working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Actively engage in a community of practice within Softwire, contributing to the development of relevant thought leadership content.
- Participate in networking opportunities and represent Softwire at various events.
- Work on cloud platform architecture and migration, particularly with AWS and/or Azure.
- Contribute to data engineering and digital platform architecture, as well as enterprise modernization.
You should possess strong presentation abilities, excellent writing skills, and a solid understanding of narrative and message structuring. You will lead opportunity stage meetings to:
- Identify objectives and develop tailored solutions that align with the client's unique context and business needs.
- Create compelling narratives that articulate how we can assist them and why they should choose our services.
Softwire offers transparent pay scales and a profit-sharing scheme based on individual roles and overall company performance:
- Base salary ranges from £86,000 to £113,000, depending on experience.
- Profit share averages between £20,000 and £40,000, contingent on experience and company performance.
- Generous benefits including 25 days of annual leave (with options to buy and sell), time off for company-wide morale events, and charitable activities.
- Additional perks such as free annual eye tests, income protection, cycle-to-work schemes, electric vehicle leasing options, and payroll charity donations.
