Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our successful Card Factory team in Exeter. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving their goals and leading the store team to deliver exceptional service and great standards every day.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  2. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  3. Monitor and review store performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive commercial growth and customer engagement.
  5. Act as a role model and demonstrate excellent leadership skills, including communication, coaching, and mentoring.
