About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partnership Manager to join our team at RVU. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships with Energy suppliers and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract and commercial agreements with Energy suppliers to secure the best deals for Uswitch and our customers.
  • Take full ownership of our strategic Business Energy switching partnership, driving growth and revenue.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Commercial Partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Translate wider strategic needs within the market into commercial opportunities.
  • Draw links between regulatory and consumer landscapes, using these insights to forge senior relationships and establish thought leadership on industry-defining topics.
  • Understand partnership performance, including in-depth statistical analysis on consumer behavior, sales conversion, product performance, and market trends.
  • Work closely with partners and the Uswitch Insight team to develop and promote the uptake and use of our industry-leading data insight product.
  • Develop industry knowledge through engagement and attendance at industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of driving success in a rapidly evolving macro environment.
  • Ability to drive data-driven recommendations and strategies with clarity and impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in commercial partnership management, with a strong understanding of the Energy sector.
