Job Title: Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all carer and clinical staff are fully compliant with their training, qualifications, and accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate external training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively book mandatory and soft skills training for new colleagues to enable the organization to confirm and mobilize staff onto packages of care.
  • Work with suppliers to arrange training venues, logistics, security, and safety considerations to maximize attendance and cost savings.
  • Manage the booking of training courses to ensure value for money and relevance to staff roles.
  • Maintain and update employee records with training, competency, and qualifications.
  • Collate, compile, and report on training assessment results, attendance, and other training data.
  • Process invoices and liaise with suppliers and accounts as required.
  • Liaise with business leaders to gain approval for employee training requests and develop good working relationships with external training providers.
Requirements:
  • Experience of coordinating training activities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of analyzing information/data and forecasting training needs.
  • Experience of working with schedules and deadlines.
  • Awareness of continuous improvement activities and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in basic IT programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
