Job Title: Certification Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certification Coordinator to join our team at Bluesky Certification. As a Certification Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating customers' certifications from initial application through to certification.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer data within the Bluesky platform, including creating quotations and managing customer certifications.
  • Follow up quotes to determine whether they are likely to progress.
  • Assist in migrating customer certifications from legacy systems to Bluesky's new in-house software platform.
  • Onboard customers to the platform, including providing content and customer support when introducing new software features.
  • Provide 'approvals' using the software for specific customer activities.
  • Be responsible for logging, tracking, and processing customer complaints and internal non-compliances, including identifying potential areas for improvement.


Audit Visit and Test Programme:


  • Be responsible for ensuring Bluesky auditors efficiently progress customer certifications, from initial application to full certification.
  • Be responsible for the efficient organization of the audit visit and test schedules, including relevant invoicing requirements.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure their requirements are delivered in line with expectations that have been set.
  • Be responsible for Non Compliance Response (NCR) process and actions to ensure customers maintain their certification, including management of customer suspension-termination process.
  • Ensure certification documentation presented to Senior Management team is correct, including certificates, customer logos, and website entries.


Company Development:


  • Ensure company systems are updated and assist with the implementation of new systems and processes. Provide input to senior management team for process improvements and modifications.
  • Provide weekly updates on key areas of the business, including customer progress and activity, audit visit and test activity. Provide input into monthly target setting and planning to help senior management deliver business goals.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to work outside of their job role where relevant to assist with the development and growth of the business.

Requirements:


  • English and Maths GCSE or equivalent at level 4/grade C.
  • Willing to commute to Wokingham (Berkshire) office for regular company updates, training sessions, and relevant company meetings.
  • Self-starter capable of autonomous working and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong sense of compliance and attention to detail.
  • Strong resilience and ability to assert your position.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take the lead and manage issues to completion.
  • Customer-focused, able to develop strong working relationships.
  • Can work to deadline, work under pressure, and a positive team player.
  • Excellent IT skills, with competence in MS Office suite of products.
