Home Care Branch Director

Helping Hands Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our branch operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our customers while maintaining a profitable and efficient branch.
Main Responsibilities- Branch Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring it meets the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
- CQC/CIW Registration: Maintain and ensure compliance with CQC/CIW guidelines, holding the registration for the branch.
- Carer Recruitment and Development: Recruit and train new carers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they meet the company's standards.
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the commercial growth of the branch.
- Customer Needs: Regularly review the operation of the branch to ensure all customer needs are met, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Policies and Procedures: Communicate and implement company policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
- Staff Support: Provide training and development opportunities to branch staff and carers.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you will need knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working within the care sector at management level. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also required.
