Job Overview

Helping Hands Home Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our branch operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our customers while maintaining a profitable and efficient branch.

Main Responsibilities
  • Branch Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Care Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure the branch operates within regulatory guidelines and maintains high standards of care quality.
    • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Carer Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of carers to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Monitor carer performance and provide coaching and support to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the branch.
    • Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop and implement sales plans.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a care management role, preferably in a home care setting.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in care delivery.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
