Job Title: Live In Care Assistant

At Home Instead, we are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live In Care Assistant to join our team in East Cheshire. As a Live In Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide a range of domiciliary services, including meal preparation, assisting with medications, and housekeeping duties.
  • Assist clients with the safe use of aids and adaptations to help them maintain their independence.
  • Work a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off pattern, with an average of 10 hours per day.
  • Live in a client's home and provide a supportive and caring environment.
Requirements:
  • No particular qualifications are required, but previous experience in a care setting is desirable.
  • A passion for supporting others and delivering an outstanding service.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect are essential qualities for this role.
