Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficient and profitable delivery of high-quality care to customers.
  • Hold and maintain the branch's registration with the relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of carers to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met and policies are implemented effectively.
  • Support staff and carers with their training and development, promoting a culture of excellence within the branch.

Requirements

  • A level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to work towards achieving this qualification.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with relevant guidance.
  • Experience of working within the care sector at management level.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
