We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints & Resolution Specialist to join our client experience team at The Portfolio Group. As the first point of contact for any issues or concerns raised, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in service by providing fast membership-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and respond to member complaints and retention opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage online reviews in accordance with business processes to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Investigate and resolve member service issues through discussion with the member and internal staff.
- Escalate negative online reviews through the correct channels of the complaints process.
- Liaise with the Business Development Manager to clarify member contracted service provision.
- Activate member accounts and book initial appointments with consultations in line with service levels and diary booking guidelines.
- A "can-do" attitude and a thirst for knowledge to communicate effectively within the team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
- Dynamic and flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure.
