Position Overview

TEAM SUPERVISORS FOR DOOR-TO-DOOR AND EVENT FUNDRAISING REQUIRED - MUST HAVE A VEHICLE - RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Vehicle access and a valid driving license are prerequisites for this position.

Role: Team Supervisor

Working Hours: 5 days a week

Pandora Promotions Ltd is a prominent fundraising organization collaborating with various charitable entities, including local hospices and national organizations. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our leadership team and spearhead a successful fundraising initiative by managing our Door-to-Door team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring team performance
  • Setting and achieving performance targets
  • Reporting key performance indicators to team members
  • Coordinating with recruitment and venue management teams
  • Upholding the highest standards while representing our charity partners
  • Providing comprehensive field training
  • Working alongside team members in the field
