About the TeamThe Royal Pavilion & Museums Trust is seeking a new Fundraising Manager - Individual Giving to join their talented and passionate small team. The Fundraising Manager - Individual Giving will develop, write, and deliver a robust individual giving strategy and activity program. With a focus on building strong, lasting donor relationships, the Fundraising Manager - Individual Giving will play a key role in driving increased support and engagement across all giving levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive individual giving strategy, aligned with the Trust's overall fundraising goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors, identifying opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Write and edit compelling fundraising materials, including appeals, reports, and other communications.
- Manage and analyze data to inform fundraising decisions and optimize results.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to ensure a cohesive and effective fundraising approach.
- Proven experience in individual giving fundraising, with a track record of success in securing major gifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform fundraising decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the Trust.
