Job Summary
The Assistant Manager role at Domino's Careers UK is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and senior management to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
