Job Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to deliver comprehensive assistance to individuals with physical and/or cognitive disabilities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives while also providing urgent support when necessary.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting individuals with personal hygiene and care
- Managing staff absences and arranging coverage
- Performing administrative tasks
