Emergency Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Emergency/Advanced Care Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for a motivated and dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As an Emergency/Advanced Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the emergency department, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring activities, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- NMC 1st Level Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Paramedic/Physiotherapist.
- Completed or working towards a Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or PGDip, including pharmacology, clinical decision-making, and diagnostics.
- IRMER Regulation trained.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
- EPALS.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team within an acute healthcare setting.
- Evidence of involvement in direct supervision and leadership in teaching and mentoring of junior staff and students.
