Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to enhance our client's esteemed physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering outstanding physiotherapy services, guiding junior practitioners, and contributing to the clinic's service enhancement. This position is perfect for a dedicated physiotherapist who is enthusiastic about patient care and is prepared to take on leadership roles within a progressive practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional physiotherapy evaluations and treatments to a varied patient demographic.
- Create personalized treatment strategies, track progress, and modify interventions as required.
- Guide and mentor junior physiotherapists, offering support in their professional growth.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of clinical services, including the formulation of new treatment protocols.
- Maintain precise and current patient records in accordance with professional standards and clinic guidelines.
- Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and continuing professional development (CPD) initiatives.
Qualifications
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) - Essential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest evidence-based practices.
