Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional physiotherapy services, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the ongoing development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a diverse patient population.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior physiotherapists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services, including the development of new treatment protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with professional standards and organizational policies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
Requirements
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – Essential
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest evidence-based practices.
