Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a diverse patient population.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior physiotherapists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services, including the development of new treatment protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with professional standards and company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and continuing professional development activities.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) – Essential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy
- Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
