Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to fill a crucial role within a reputable physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering outstanding physiotherapy services, guiding junior staff, and actively participating in the advancement of clinical practices. This position is perfect for a dedicated physiotherapist who is enthusiastic about patient care and is prepared to embrace leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional physiotherapy evaluations and treatments to a varied patient demographic.
  • Create tailored treatment plans, track patient progress, and modify interventions as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists, offering support and fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of clinical services, including the formulation of innovative treatment protocols.
  • Maintain precise and current patient documentation in accordance with professional standards and clinic regulations.
  • Engage in regular team discussions, case reviews, and continuing professional development (CPD) initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) - Essential
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring or supervising junior colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest evidence-based practices.
