Requirements:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the medical device, healthcare, or medical hardware industry.
* Strong understanding of the medical hardware market, including products, technologies, and regulations.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
* The role will require a large amount of (mainly UK based) travel and as such, being comfortable driving to customer sites across the territory is essential.
