Business Process Coordinator – Remote Opportunity

This position is intended to provide coverage for maternity leave.

Work Schedule - Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 08:00 and 17:00.

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for an individual with a robust background in project management and process optimization to join our Business Process Team. The primary aim of this role is to facilitate and support enhancements in business processes, systems, and operational methodologies. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements within the commercial sector that will yield efficiency and effectiveness gains for our sales division.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint business improvement opportunities and implement effective process enhancement initiatives.

• Assess current business processes to align with organizational objectives.

• Develop comprehensive documentation to detail processes.

• Encourage knowledge sharing and provide guidance on the effective utilization of technological solutions.

• Maintain and disseminate current knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve departmental strategies and objectives.

• Ensure the business process library is consistently updated.

• Conduct ongoing analysis to guarantee processes consistently meet business goals.

Qualifications:

Required:


• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.

• Proven experience in meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to network and cultivate relationships.

• Strong influencing capabilities and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in Power Automate.

Preferred:


• Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Yellow Belt) or equivalent expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis.

• Background in creating process documentation.

• Experience in facilitating training and presenting to senior business professionals.
