Job Summary:

Movianto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receipt and checking of products, issue and dispatch of products, product storage and stock rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with procedures and guidelines to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Receive, check, and locate products in compliance with procedures and instructions.
  • Pick and pack products in compliance with procedures and customer requirements.
  • Adhere to work instructions and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
  • Assume responsibility for functions specified by the Warehouse Team Leader and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and returned promptly.
  • Notify the Warehouse Team Leader of deviations to procedures and maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
  • Complete the daily mechanical handling checklist (MHE users only) and ensure working practices conform to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Able to work at pace and deliver a quality result at all times.
  • Able to work within a team and individually.
  • Flexibility and high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced parcel sortation or fulfilment environment.
  • Trained on PPT, LLOP, and/or Forklift (desirable).
  • First aid trained (desirable).
