ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Customer Sales Support Specialist at Carwow, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating our sales and customer support operations. Your contributions will ensure that our customers enjoy a smooth and positive experience while selling their vehicles, as well as assisting our dealers in efficiently sourcing inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various communication channels, providing essential information and support throughout their vehicle selling journey.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to manage administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Documentation Management: Review service history documents submitted by sellers, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to relevant team members as needed.
  • Dealer Communication: Respond to dealer inquiries, update internal systems, and direct requests to appropriate departments.
  • Administrative Duties: Carry out administrative tasks, including confirming vehicle collections and ensuring accurate listings.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer interactions and sales performance metrics.
  • Cross-Department Support: Provide assistance to other areas of the business as required.
