About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to our Velocity platform, working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to support response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- GCSE in English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
