JOB PURPOSE
The primary responsibility of the Community Partnerships Administrator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Community Partnerships team. This role involves facilitating both in-person and remote assistance across various business streams, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of effective processes, systems, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURS
Essential
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity
- Exceptional telephone communication skills
- A genuine passion for enhancing lives through digital inclusion
- Strong networking abilities with a talent for building positive relationships with diverse individuals
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to address challenges effectively
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Adept at balancing autonomy with feedback in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of UK geography
- Demonstrated initiative in innovating and implementing improvements
- Ability to thrive under pressure with competing deadlines
- Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office and specialized CRM systems
- Knowledge of confidentiality and data privacy standards
- Experience supporting individuals from vulnerable backgrounds
- Familiarity with modern technology, including smartphones and tablets
- BPSS clearance or the ability to obtain it is essential
Desirable
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Background in housing associations or the non-profit sector
- Experience collaborating with a wide range of internal and external partners
- Intellectual agility and the ability to think quickly
- Knowledge of outsourced training delivery models
