JOB PURPOSE

The primary responsibility of the Community Partnerships Administrator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Community Partnerships team. This role involves facilitating both in-person and remote assistance across various business streams, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of effective processes, systems, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential

  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • A genuine passion for enhancing lives through digital inclusion
  • Strong networking abilities with a talent for building positive relationships with diverse individuals
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to address challenges effectively
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Adept at balancing autonomy with feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of UK geography
  • Demonstrated initiative in innovating and implementing improvements
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with competing deadlines
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office and specialized CRM systems
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data privacy standards
  • Experience supporting individuals from vulnerable backgrounds
  • Familiarity with modern technology, including smartphones and tablets
  • BPSS clearance or the ability to obtain it is essential

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Background in housing associations or the non-profit sector
  • Experience collaborating with a wide range of internal and external partners
  • Intellectual agility and the ability to think quickly
  • Knowledge of outsourced training delivery models
