Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will engage in a variety of tasks that require excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person. Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Outlook, Basic Excel, CRM systems, and Sage for invoice processing is necessary.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients through telephone and face-to-face communication.
- Course Management: Keep accurate and current records of course bookings.
- Financial Administration: Handle the booking and invoicing processes for various courses.
- Credit Control: Manage outstanding payments effectively.
- Inventory Management: Order and oversee stock levels.
- Assessment Oversight: Supervise assessment invigilation.
- Documentation Maintenance: Ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.
- Administrative Support: Perform filing, printing, and preparation of paperwork as required.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the Office Manager.
