Job Summary
The University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Renal Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective administrative service, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with staff, patients, and external organizations.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Renal Department, including photocopying, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize Trust IT systems to collect and input patient data accurately, in line with Trust guidelines.
- Collate and monitor department documentation and information to assist with the production of monthly reports.
- Disseminate relevant information to departments, external, and internal users, including minutes and memos.
- Assist with training new team members in Trust operational systems and department procedures.
- Order stationery and equipment, monitoring and maintaining stock levels using the Integra system.
- Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing post, taking action as necessary.
- Prioritize daily tasks to achieve timescales and provide cover in the absence of other team members.
- Contribute to patient and business improvement agendas, sharing ideas for potential service improvements.
