Job Summary
The University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Renal Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective administrative service, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with staff, patients, and external organizations.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Renal Department, including photocopying, data entry, and filing.
- Utilize Trust IT systems to collect and input patient data accurately and efficiently.
- Collate and monitor department documentation and information to assist with the production of monthly reports.
- Disseminate relevant information to departments, external and internal users, and assist with training new team members.
- Order stationery and equipment, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide reception cover duties for Renal Outpatient Clinics and act as the first point of contact for routine enquiries.
- Prioritize daily tasks to achieve timescales and provide cover in the absence of other team members.
- Contribute to patient and business improvement agendas, sharing ideas for potential service improvements.
