Job Title: Stock Administrator

Location: Coventry

Salary: £28k

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 14:00-22:00

Duration: Temporary with a view to permanent

Job Overview:

Due to experiencing an exciting period of growth, our client is looking for a stock administrator to join their team on a temporary with a view to permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the administration of all paperwork with respect to goods entering and leaving, and recording information on their CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Count

• Investigating damages ensuring system is updated accordingly

• Assist with annual stock takes

• Investigate customer credits prior to making any adjustments

• Ensure any interface issues on stock file is actioned and resolved in timely manner on daily basis

• Leasing with Product Supply Department on any potential out of stocks or over stocked items

• Checking and highlighting to stock coordinator for any out of rotation issues

• Any other ad hoc reasonable administrative task requested by stock coordinator or stock and admin manager

• Running KPI reports

• Cover for the stock administrator as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Intermediate Word & Excel experience

• Excellent communication and time management skills
