People Operations Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our team at Frasers Group. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of event day and non-event day people activities, resulting in world-class guest experiences.
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will support the department with administration, ensuring deadlines and company processes are adhered to. You will also be responsible for workforce planning and resource deployment for major events and venues associated C&E activity.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the check-in process and variable people team for event day check-ins, ensuring all staff are in the right areas at the right time wearing the correct uniform. You will also be responsible for managing the people journey for all staff while on site from clock-in to check-out, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
Additional responsibilities will include ensuring all laundry is collected and returned after every event day, managing stock levels to ensure there is always enough, and assisting in managing recruitment and selection events of future casual workers.
You will also be responsible for ensuring all recruitment administration is completed in a timely manner, decreasing the length of time to hire and ensuring an efficient onboarding experience. You will be fully conversant with the company time and attendance and recruitment systems to ensure a consistent approach to the creation of master templates, repeat rosters, labor forecasting, payroll processing, and post-event financial reporting.
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all queries and enquiries, including maintaining the People Operations Inbox and ensuring that the casual workforce feels valued.
Key qualifications for this role include at least 1 year's experience of working in a similar role in an organization with a large casual workforce or in an industrial recruitment agency environment. You will also require superior communication, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to forge and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and team members.

Availability to work flexibly to the business, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, is essential for this role. You will also require the ability to think on your feet and use your initiative and judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day problems.
You will be a self-starter with a passion for excellence, able to work as part of a team and individually, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
