London Business School is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team on a fixed-term basis.

As part of the Service Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse community of faculty, students, staff, visitors, and alumni. Your role will involve providing comprehensive technical support across various platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient resolution to incoming queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Effectively triage incidents and escalate complex issues to specialized teams for further investigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with users to gather essential information and understand their technical needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions within our ITSM toolset.
  • Contribute to a positive user experience by delivering clear, concise, and helpful technical guidance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an individual with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of IT support principles. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
