Technical Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Computappoint Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering in-depth support on a service desk, collaborating with various teams to provide support to resolve numerous hardware and software incident requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track incidents, problems, and requests in our service management system
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our company's IT systems and infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Azure Cloud, ServiceNow, and Windows 10
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
