Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Coforge. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems to senior technical staff.
  • Document and track all technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients.
Requirements:
  • 2-6 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and O Suite applications.
  • Experience with Windows, Office, and standard desktop applications.
  • Understanding of general network topologies and hardware devices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Azure Active Directory, and Video Conferencing.
  • Knowledge of Citrix, GoToAssist, or similar remote access tools.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts.
