We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work closely with our IT team to ensure that all technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively, and that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incidents and requests, and for providing regular updates to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong technical background. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
