IT Service Desk Analyst Job Description

Are you an IT professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic law firm? We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to our staff worldwide
  • Work within the IT Service Desk team to support the delivery of the IT service delivery strategy
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a high-quality IT service desk service
  • Capture, log, and deal with calls, emails, and self-service actions to the IT Service Desk
  • Resolution of incidents where possible, aiming to achieve a high first-time fix rate

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an IT Service Desk Analyst or IT Helpdesk Analyst role
  • Experience working for a law firm in a service desk role
  • Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Windows operating systems, desktop/laptop hardware, ITIL, and smartphone technologies
