Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Investigations at Control Risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading forensic investigations and compliance projects, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage forensic investigations and compliance projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve processes and services.
  • Manage and develop junior team members, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in forensic investigations and compliance, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a recognized professional qualification in accounting or a Certified Forensic Examiner (CFE) designation.
