Job Overview

As a Retail Supervisor at Travis Perkins, you will be the face of our company, making a fantastic first impression and building long-lasting relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching them to grow sales and achieve targets. You will also be checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together. Your role will be to provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face, no matter how busy you are, and to make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching them to grow sales and achieve targets.
  • Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together.
  • Providing a great customer experience with a smile on your face, no matter how busy you are, and coaching the team to do the same.
  • Making sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
  • Maintaining our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
