We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later life to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in a wide range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Assist residents with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting them on visits as needed.
  • Help residents with their shopping and provide general support with daily tasks.
