Job Purpose:

As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will be connecting our customers to community activities and providing care and support that promotes going above and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  1. Connecting Customers: Enable customers to access local community groups, activities, and events.
  2. Personal Care: Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
  3. Promote Independence: Promote independence using enabling approaches.
  4. Support Outcomes: Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
  5. Community Access: Connect people to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  6. Communication: Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: £12.30 p/hr (drivers) & £11.50 p/hr walkers.
  • Mileage: 45p per mile for drivers / 20p per mile for cyclists.
