We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team at Akari Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our award-winning care homes.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborating with the Home Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the effective running of the care home
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent care
  • Ensuring that our care home meets the highest standards of care and compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working in the healthcare sector, with management/leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable)
  • An NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate with an active PIN
  • A caring nature, with the ability to give everyone a personal approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice
