Akari Care: A Leader in Elderly Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our team at Akari Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our award-winning care homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure the effective operation of the care home.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of working in the healthcare sector, with a focus on management and leadership.
  • NMC registration with an active PIN.
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide a personal approach to care.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, without compromising the care of our residents.
