About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Toby Carvery - Kenton Bank. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and delivering exceptional food quality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop your team to achieve high standards of food preparation and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food ordering, stock control, and health and safety protocols
  • Work closely with our menu development team to create and implement new menu ideas
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, using only the freshest ingredients
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
