Work Schedule: Permanent, 38 hours per week

Shift Patterns: A combination of 07:30-14:30, 14:00-22:00, and 07:30-22:00 shifts, organized on a fixed rota.

Outcomes First Group operates an independent residential educational facility for young individuals aged 12 to 23, who present a variety of Additional Support Needs, including emotional and behavioral challenges and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Opportunity Overview

This role offers a promising career path with structured development plans designed to ensure our staff receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. We aim to equip you with the essential skills needed to provide exceptional care and support to our young individuals, helping them achieve remarkable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage with young individuals to understand their interests, preferences, and triggers, fostering meaningful relationships that enhance their development.

Your work will involve supporting young adults as they transition from educational settings, promoting social engagement and independence. You will assist them in navigating college placements and encourage productive community participation, while also helping them develop essential life skills and healthy routines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

No prior experience is necessary to join our team. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, including hospitality, military service, outdoor education, or office environments, who are passionate about empowering young people to lead fulfilling lives.
