The Role

We are seeking a Night Care Specialist to join our team at Falkland House School Perth. As a Night Care Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents during the night shift. This will involve responding to their needs in a calm and therapeutic manner, supporting them with their daily routines, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents during the night shift
  • Respond to residents' needs in a calm and therapeutic manner
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including personal care and medication
  • Promote residents' independence and encourage them to take ownership of their lives
  • Work collaboratively with the day team to ensure a smooth transition of care
