Role Responsibilities

In this position, you will engage with young individuals to understand their interests, preferences, and triggers, using this knowledge to foster meaningful relationships.

Your role will involve supporting young adults as they transition beyond their educational experiences, promoting social engagement and independence. You will assist them in their educational pursuits and encourage productive community participation while helping them develop essential life skills and healthy routines.

Candidate Profile

No prior experience is necessary to join our team. We welcome individuals from various backgrounds, including hospitality, military, outdoor education, or office environments, who are passionate about supporting young individuals in leading fulfilling lives.
